Content Management System

I am looking to build a long term working relationship with another freelance web developer. I have a specific job all ready to go to build a Content Management System behind a pre-existing site. The right person will be someone who can not only complete this project to a high standard, using their own initiative and in the programming languages I require but also someone who has the skills, committment and daily working hours available to be a long term partner.
I need someone who has the same skills as myself which would be a minimum of good/excellent knowledge and real life experience of PHP, MySQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS and Photoshop and can apply those skills in whatever way possible to solve the clients problem. ASP and .NET people need not apply. If you can do Flash and Actionscript as well, then even better! You need to have a positive can-do attitude and be able to work under your own initiative to solve problems. I also need you to have good time management skills and be able to prioritise your work and be available to look after clients over email or occassionally the phone as and when they need support on your projects.
As important as your skills is your dedication and pride in your work. There are frequently deadlines to meet (although I don’t entertain anything ridiculous from my clients) but when they do occur they need to be met, and I’ll never let a client down unless it’s physically impossible. I need someone who has that same work ethic. I would also like to be able to introduce you to my clients and rely on you to look after them, care about their needs and deliver what they require. So, if you have good technical skills, can solve most problems on your own, are personable, self motivated, available daily, care about your work and your clients and would like to work together with a like minded individual then please get in contact.
